We do suggest having a "home" class so you can get to know your Coach for the best experience! Don’t see a day and time listed that you like? We recommend you attend a minimum of 2 PIT classes week. When you are attending 2 PIT classes and want to add on, we can start to manipulate according to your sport specific needs. Talk to a coach about your specific goals today! We're here for you to crush your goals safely and quickly!
